Fantastic news about All Stars and Dynamos at WMCC.
We have beaten the number of participants in 2024 v 2023 by a huge margin : last year, we had 15 All Stars and this year, 28. And for Dynamos, we had 15 last year and 23 this year and we are still recruiting.

These are children aged from 5 to 11 years old and we then encourage them to play for the U9s and U11s, and then hopefully onto U12s, U13s, U15s & U17s and eventually the senior teams.

Gaye’s idea of holding all U11s, All Stars and Dynamos on Friday evenings has been very successful, and with thanks to Martin and Ashley for providing food on some Fridays, and everyone who helps on the bar, the Pavilion is busier than ever on Fridays.

Huge thanks to Gaye, Hugh and Chris Wilkins for managing the ECB systems and organising the training on Friday evenings and to all activators and helpers, without whom we could not cope with so many children. We are always in need of more organisers and helpers so if you would like to get involved this year, or next, please see one of us for a chat. It is the future of our club.
