b) Election of The Cricket Management Teams/Committees, Captains, Vice- Captains and Managers – can be delegated to The Cricket Management Committees if necessary.
c) Appointment of Honorary Vice President
Note : Proposed Terms of Office for Executive Committee Members- are appointed for an initial term of four years with a handover period of a year whilst both are in position, so five years in total. The term may be renewed if agreed at the AGM of the year in which their term ends. This applies to all positions and members of the Committee.

Other Business – this is an opportunity for club members to raise matters concerning the Club. Any such business should be notified to Sue Marshall email sue.m.marshall@hotmail.com by November 12th latest. Everyone who has paid a full membership subscription (Vice Presidents, Players, Family Members) in 2024 is welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting and is eligible to vote.
